Important Delivery Information
When we ship your order with a courier, you will have to sign upon receiving your order. We recommend that your Shipping Address should be your workplace if there is a chance you may not be at home during delivery hours 9.00am-5.00pm Monday-Friday. However, if you are not at home during delivery, a note will be left in your mailbox and you can ask for re-delivery at a more convenient time or pick up from a depot in your area.

Delivery Times
Orders are processed Monday-Friday except on public holidays. If you make an order on a public holiday, Saturday or Sunday, it will be processed the next working day. All orders are dispatched within 2 working days. If for any reason we are unable to supply your selected products, we will inform you so you have the option to amend or cancel your order.

Freight Cost
Freight cost is $10.00 including GST to anywhere in Australia for orders up to 20kg.

Replacement, exchange or refund policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your new product simply return the merchandise with your receipt within 14 days of purchase. Woolys Wheels are happy to offer a replacement, exchange or refund providing the product is in as new condition including packaging, instruction manuals and all accessories. Freight to return the product to our store is at the buyer’s expense. Freight to deliver replacement product is at the buyer’s expense.

Product Faults
If you believe your product is faulty within the warranty period you may return your product to Woolys Wheels with your receipt. Freight to return the product to our store is at the buyer’s expense. We will send the product to the manufacturer’s service agent. The service agent will repair the product or if this is not possible we will offer you a refund or an exchange product.

Always retain your receipt to obtain a replacement, refund, exchange or repair.
